Frequently asked questions
Do you do custom orders?
Yes! We are happy to do custom orders. All custom orders for baked goods require a 48-hour lead time. Simply email hello@tideandtablemd.com to discuss your order and delivery options.
Do you deliver?
Any this point, we are only able to coordinate deliveries on tablescapes. All pre-orders for baked goods will be available for pick-up on Friday, between 9:00 am - 2:00 pm.
What is your cancellation policy?
Because our products are made and assembled to order, we don't allow cancellations. However, we are happy to rollover orders to the next week as long as you cancel by Thursday at 12:00 pm. If you need to rollover your order, please email hello@tideandtablemd.com.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! We love that you want to share our Tide & Table good with your friends and families. Drop us a note at hello@tideandtablemd.com and we are happy to set this up for you!
Where can I pick-up my order?
All pre-orders are available for pick-up Friday from 9:00 am - 2:00 pm. We are conveniently located at Big Deale Business Park. 5851 Deale Churchton Road, Deale, Maryland, 20751.
How should I best store my sourdough loaves?
Store your sourdough at room temperature in a paper bag, bread box, or wrapped in a clean kitchen towel. Best enjoyed within 2-3 days. To refresh your loaf, sprinkle lightly with water and warm in a 350° oven for 5-10 minutes to bring back that fresh-baked taste. For longer storage, slice and freeze.
How should I best store the rest of my sourdough products?
Baked cookies can be stored in an air-tight container for up to 7 days. To help maintain freshness and softness, place a small piece of white bread in the container. Leftover baked cookies can be frozen for up to 3 months.
